Leadership St. Tammany is a ten-month program that offers participants an in-depth and behind the scenes look into the inner workings of government, business, civic and cultural organizations throughout St. Tammany Parish. Our goal is to help citizens enhance and develop their leadership skills while building an increased knowledge of St. Tammany Parish through presentations by community leaders, enhanced group discussions and onsite exposure.

Each year, our program trains approximately 30 emerging and established community leaders using an interactive curriculum that broadens their understanding of the various governmental and other systems that impact St. Tammany and equips them to better participate in community advancement. Students come from all walks of life including business, healthcare, government, the non-profit sector, and community activists.
