Congratulations to Noble-Bates Young  (Class of 2019) who will be recognized as the Leadership St. Tammany 2024 Alumna of the year at the annual Holiday Party on Dec. 6.

A native of Natchez, Mississippi, Noble-Bates has been an extremely active member of the St. Tammany Parish community since 2011.  She currently handles constituent relations and legislative affairs for State Senator Patrick McMath and is a project coordinator of the Tiny Homes Village for the National Alliance on Mental Illness.  Her previous experience includes Northshore Business Council and Miracle League Northshore.

Known as “the energizer bunny”, Noble has been a vital member of many community groups including the St. Tammany Chamber Board of Directors, Northshore Young Professionals and is an alumna of both Leadership St. Tammany (and past LSTAF Board member) and New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute. She was honored as 2022 Chamber Board Member of the Year and recognized as a 2020 Northshore “Forty Under 40”.
